Bean Salad

1 cup Kidney beans cooked

1 cup Chickpeas cooked

1 cup arugula

Few grapes sliced

Pecan/almonds, sliced

Onion

Olive oil

salt

lemon

Coriander leaves


Cut onion and coriander leaves, mix with salt and lemon, oil.

Add this into the beans and grapes; mix

Add arugula leaves and combine.

Bean salad is ready!
